Warner Bros has unleashed four new character posters for their upcoming superhero flick, Green Lantern. The posters feature Ryan Reynolds as Green Lantern, Blake Lively as Carol Ferris, Mark Strong as Sinestro and Peter Sarsgaard as Hector Hammond. Take a look!
VR/urban: SMSlingshot

The SMS slingshot is a device designed to create digital augmented realities in urban space. The device is shaped as a wooden slingshot with a build-in mobile phone display, a keypad and a laser. Users can type a text message and shoot it straight at a large facade. A projector pointed at the facade will show the message as a colour splash with the message written within.
The project is designed by VR/URBAN, a group of digital intervention-activists based in Berlin. They will demonstrate the device at various media-festival in the next couple of months.

At this year Comic Con San Diego, in one of the panel it was introduced one of the biggest news in the entertainment and also comic geek world out there: the announcement of the upcoming movie The Avengers. The Avengers is a movie combining all the Marvel’s top superheroes that we all loved in one movie, imagine that!
Lars Von Trier’s next movie “Melancholia”

The shooting of Lars Von Trier’s newest film “Melancholia” has started this July in Sweden. I found out about this after seeing pictures on the cover of a gossip magazine starring a drunk ass Kiefer Sutherland roaming the streets of Copenhagen in the early morning… So what was he doing there, well taking a break from the start up of the new movie being shot up in Sweden in a place called “Trollhätten”.
Not a lot of info on the movie yet, but it has a very promising cast and according to the producers “is going to be more messy” than his previous film Antichrist. The film is said to be a psychological drama about the end of the world and will be starring Kirsten Dunst alongside Kiefer Sutherland, John Hurt, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Stellan Skarsgaard, Jesper Christensen and Udo Kier.
