SÉRAPHINE is a new beautiful and humble film by Martin Provost. SÉRAPHINE unveils the true story of a servant lady who has a golden touch. The film is about Séraphine Louis aka Seraphine de Senlis and her gift that created simple, beautiful pieces of art.

Just seeing the trailer, it looks amazing, wrapping my mind back to the times of madness and depression and putting a smile on my face to realize what honest naive pieces were created in those years of obscurity. Séraphine Louis made her art the way it’s meant to be, self taught and directly from the heart. I love the intensity of her art piece, Deux grandes marguerites.
